No, all NFT purchases are for personal uses only with no commercial permissions. EX: You may not use the NFT to print shirts to sell to your customers. However, you may resell NFTs on secondary.

You may use purchased NFTs to create personal items, not for sale. EX: A t-shirt for yourself to wear, print a poster to gift a friend, use the image as a desktop or phone background, etc.
